Refund policy

At Kalapana, we are devoted to resolving customer issues with the warmth and kindness of the Aloha spirit. Our goal is to improve every day, striving to be better today than we were yesterday.

We are proud of the quality of our plants, and if you're not completely happy with your orchid, please reach out to us at aloha@orchid.farm within 48 hours of receiving your order. To help us assist you better, kindly include:

  • Your order number as proof of purchase
  • A detailed explanation of the issue
  • Clear photos showing your concerns

We promise to review your claim with care and take the necessary steps to make things right.  As a small family farm, caring for 6 acres, with limited staff, we ask for patience.  It may take 5-10 business days to properly respond with care especially during peak holiday seasons.

General Exclusions

  • In person sales are final
  • Any plant that is discounted due to existing conditions
  • Cosmetic damage in transport such as, broken spikes, spent flowers, cracked or scratched leaves, yellowing/dropping of bottom leaves, etc.
  • Damage due to improper care
  • Repotted, divided, or transplanted orchids
  • Damage due to weather conditions, such as extremes in temperature

Package Theft

Package theft (porch theft) is not covered under our return policy. We provide tracking information for each order and it is the buyers responsibility to follow the tracking and to make the necessary arrangements to ensure someone is present to welcome the plants home as soon as they are delivered.
