Shipping policy

Shipping Schedule

Our order preparation (harvesting) and shipping days are Monday through Wednesday. Orders received from Thursday to Sunday will be prepared the following week. If you have special or urgent shipping needs, please mention them in your order, email us at aloha@orchid.farm.

To minimize shipping delays, we avoid sending orders after Wednesday.  Once your order is ready, your orchids will be shipped via Express Air Shipping with FEDEX (1-2 days) or UPS (2 days).  We do not use slower shipping methods.

Please note, as a small family-run farm shipping from Hawaii, third-party shipping costs are non-refundable once services are rendered.
