Paphiopedilum Saint Swithin

Paph. Saint Swithin is a primary hybrid of (rothschildianum x philippinense). It is one on the most highly awarded hybrids by the American Orchid Society. This is because it consistently produces such impressive flowers and is remarkably easy to grow.

Grow this warmth tolerant hybrid in dappled light conditions with media that drains well but retains moisture such as orchid bark with a little perlite.  Fertilize lightly each week.  Do NOT allow mature plants to dry out between waterings.  Leafspan is about 8"-10" wide.  Not in spike/bud at this time.
